Ossi

Ossi is an alchemist, an activist, a top chef and a pioneer in multiple fields of food (incl. pop up culture, plant-based & waste food). At Möttönen Ossi continuously finds new ways to amaze customers with a deep understanding of how different ferments, herbs, and processes work together. As a result, from pure Nordic ingredients he creates combinations never seen before.

Olli

Olli is a well-established entrepreneur and forester, who is passionate about nature, culture/events, and great wine. He founded Finland’s biggest Beer Garden to watch football, brought thousands of customers to experience Finnish Lapland, led the growth of two different tech startups, and helped build windmill parks in the first wave in Finland. He thrives in executing and developing business operations and creating long-term relationships anywhere he goes (Fun fact: Ossi & Olli met at Sompasauna 7 years ago). Olli’s most recent win in life is the 2-year-old girl and boy twins, who keep him busy while not raising a glass and praising Möttönen wines wherever he is.

Tiina

Tiina is a specialist in holistics and nature connection, bringing her visual touch to Möttönen’s events and product development. Besides her main career in eco hair dressing and wild herbs, traveller by heart, Tiina’s know-how covers multiple crafts from clay-building to concept design. After studying natural resource based product development, she jumped into the deep end of foraged nutrition at Möttönen. Tiina & Ossi also run Alcemy studio ‘Tuntu Alchemics’, focusing on energetics of nutrition on more general / ceremonial level.
